Board of Trustees and College of Trustees

The Board of Trustees has the authority of direct oversight and veto power which insures faithfulness of the work and policies of the Board of Directors, as well as all Personnel, Staff and Officers, to the mission and to the ethnic, cultural and artistic direction of the organization.

While the Board of Trustees includes those Trustees who are fully active and qualified, the College of Trustees is the wider body of all Trustees and also includes our Associate (in Training) Trustees and our Trustees Emeritus.
